Why I build iRecord
Professionals handle complex cases without knowing who is involved with the same client from other organizations.
Four years ago I worked on a project in the social domain. What struck me: professionals who handle complex cases day in and day out, but have no idea who is involved with the same client from another organization.
Not because of unwillingness. Because of system boundaries, privacy rules that no one dares to interpret, and tools that do not talk to each other.
That was the starting point of iRecord. Not a new registration system — there are plenty of them. But a coordination layer that shows professionals who is involved, without having to open each other's files.
In the coming months I will share here what I encounter, what I build, and what I hear from the field. Questions and criticism are welcome.
