What I heard from the field this month

A month ago I started writing here about coordination in the social domain. The responses confirm what I already suspected — and teach me things I didn't know.
What comes back:
- The coordination problem is recognizable everywhere.
- The VIR phase-out worries many professionals, but it is hardly discussed.
- The GDPR is experienced more as a brake than as a protection.
- No one knows exactly who is involved with the same client.
In the coming weeks I will share how these problems can be technically solved — without the complexity you are used to from government IT.
