A case manager searches for the right contact person for three weeks. With a professional guide she could have tuned in on day one.

A fictional scenario that is not fictional:

A case manager at a medium-sized municipality treats a family with multiple problems. She suspects that there is also a youth care program in place, but she is not sure. She calls the doctor. He's not allowed to say anything. She emails the youth care institution. No response.

Three weeks later she receives confirmation: yes, a process is underway. But the family has since moved.
